When Katja and Matic told us about their Galerija okusov wedding, we knew that their day was going to be something different. Something natural and genuine. It turned out to be a simple, intimate and very personal wedding day. And we loved it. Seems like everything was made with such ease, without stress or frustration. As a result Galerija okusov wedding staff prepared everything so perfectly. Even to the tiniest detail.
Galerija okusov Wedding
“We knew we wanted Katja and Simon to photograph our wedding ever since we had first seen their work online – even before we got engaged. Their wedding photography style and sense of aesthetics we simply loved. We liked how they made they us feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot. The photos they made reflect the atmosphere and emotions of the day perfectly. We could not have chosen a better team to capture our day and will be forever grateful to them for the beautiful memories they gave us!”
The wedding venue – Galerija okusov – had a special warm and lovely feeling. Somehow it felt like at home. The whole wedding took place in the baroque park in front of the lovely 18th century mansion Novo Celje.
We were surrounded with trees and their shade, the smell of delicious gourmet food and selected music, that turned the evening into a brilliant atmosphere. Under the stars and along with the good wine and deserts, we drifted into the night.
From the bride: “After we cut the first piece of our wedding cake, one of the most memorable moments happened. My parents gave us a special present. It was wrapped in an old newspaper and we had no idea what it was. When we finally opened it, my dad told us the story of my grandparents and how they bought a bottle of pear spirit on the day I was born. They and wrapped it the newspaper that was issued that day and saved it to be opened on my wedding day. Sadly, my grandparent are no longer with us, but their gesture made us remember them on our special day.”
